Terms and conditions apply that are important matters which guest should read these conditions carefully

• Check In : 14:00
• Check Out before : 12:00 (After 13:00 Charge 200 Baht /hour)

• Travelier Hostel can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in store room (secure location) until the guest room is ready. (In case early arrival).
• Guest must be over 18 years old or order with valid government identification passport driving license etc. To be able to check -In at the hostel.
• Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your room hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage.
• Payment for the room charge will be made by cash or credit card.
• Guest must pay for room charge in full when guest check-in at the hostel only.
• Rates vary due to seasonality. supply and demand
  (**The hostel reserves the right to change the rate without notice).
• No refund will be made in case of cancellation early departure or no show.
• A cash deposit 300 Baht will be changed upon arrival and refunded upon departure. (Deposit for key card/security) or damage that may occur during stay.
• Far any damage caused by the Guest to the hostel property. The Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hostel.
• Smoking is not permitted In Travelier Hostel.
• For Housekeeping we provide Housekeeping service everyday between 08:30 to 14:30.
• Hostel joiner will not charge but joiner has to deposit his/her ID CARD (Must be least 20 years old) for any security of guest and the hostel at the front desk. In addition, the hostel will not responsible for any loss damage or problems by the joiner.
• For Dormitory Rooms. we ask you not to bring any food and drink into the room. Except water.
• Alcohol is not allowed in the hostel.

Cancellation Policy

• The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation.

• (Same as Hotel Policy).

Guest Information

• Check-in & Check-out Times : Check-in from 2:00 PM, Check-out until 12:00 PM.
• Guest Address Details : Your guests do not have to provide their address details when they book.
• Guest Phone Number : Your guests must provide a phone number when they book.
• Age Limit : Minimum Age: 18, Maximum Age: No age limit

Please share child policy and child age (min age and max age) with can staying with parents free of charge.

• Children and Extra Bed Policy.
• Children of all ages are allowed.
• No cribs are available.
• No extra beds are available.
• The maximum number of total guests is 1.

Booking Conditions (if available)

• Cancellation : The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation.
• Prepayment : No prepayment is needed.
• Damage Deposit : Your guests pay a damage deposit of: THB300
• You collect your damage deposit by : Cash
• You collect this from your guests : On arrival
• You return your damage deposit by : Cash
• You return this to your guests : The day they check out
• Internet : WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Parking : No parking available.
• Pets : Pets are not allowed.
• Groups : No special conditions apply for groups.
